Jerry Lewellin was granted continued probation after stipulating he violated the
terms and conditions of his probation in FECR242506. He has been on probation since
2011 and has resided in a group living environment. He stipulated he was not following
the rules of the program. The program is willing to allow him to continue to reside
there. He was found in contempt and required to complete 20 hours of community service
within 30 days.
James Reinier Jr., stipulated he violate the conditions of his probation by using
illegal substances in FE243591. He was found in contempt and ordered to serve 90
days in jail. He is in compliance with his treatment program and is employed at
this time. He was given credit for serving 90 days while waiting for space at a
treatment facility and is continued on probation.
Marlene Burch pled guilty to Child Endangerment and OWI 1st Degree in AGCR274434.
She admitted she was intoxicated when she was operating a motor vehicle and had
her children in her vehicle which placed them in danger. She was granted a suspended
sentence and placed on probation. She will be required to participate in substance
abuse treatment and comply with DHS services.
On May 28, 2014, Aaron Walske was sentenced for the crime of Possession of a Controlled
Substance, Third Offense, as a habitual offender, a Class D felony, in case number
FE267433. He was sentenced to a maximum indeterminate term of incarceration of fifteen
(15) years with a mandatory three year term he must serve prior to becoming eligible
for parole. This defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug
and Gang Bureau.
