Domestic Abuse Dispositions
08/26/2013

On August 26, 2013, Chance Acosta plead guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. He was fined $625 and placed on two years probation.

08/27/2013

On August 27, 2013, James Dixon plead guilty to Assault Causing Bodily. He was ordered to serve seven days in jail and placed on one year probation. In addition, he was to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On August 27, 2013, Lucio Clavijo Jr. plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. He was ordered to serve two days in jail and placed on two years probation. In addition, he was to participate in the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program, abide by the No Contact Order and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On August 27, 2013, Lucio Clavijo Jr. plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. He was ordered to serve two days in jail and placed on two years probation. In addition, he was to participate in the 24 week Batterers’ Education Program, abide by the No Contact Order and to obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On August 27, 2013, Darius Paige plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. He was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

On August 27, 2013, Skylar Breeling plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. He was ordered to serve 25 days in jail and placed on one year probation. In addition, he was ordered to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and to abide by the No Contact Order.

On August 27, 2013, Lauro Garcia plead guilty to Assault. He received a deferred judgment and ordered to pay a $65 civil penalty.

On August 27, 2013, Carlo Brown plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury. He was ordered to serve 3 days in jail and fined $315. In addition, he was ordered to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and to abide by the No Contact Order.

On August 27, 2013, Joseph McElvogue plead guilty to Assault Causing Injury. He was ordered to serve two days in jail, fined $315 and placed on one year probation. In addition, he was ordered obtain a substance abuse evaluation, abide by the No Contact Order and attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On August 27, 2013, La Van Quang plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury. He was placed on one year probation and ordered to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program. In addition, he was to abide by the No Contact Order and complete 40 hours of community service.

On August 27, 2013, Say Henry Reh plead guilty to Assault. He received a deferred judgment and order to pay a $65 civil penalty. In addition, he was placed on one year probation, ordered to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and to abide by the No Contact Order.

On August 27, 2013, Matthew Reid plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury. He was ordered to serve one day in jail, fined $315 and placed on one year probation. In addition, he was to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On August 27, 2013, Donald John Sr. plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. He was ordered to serve 26 days in jail. In addition is was placed on one year probation, ordered to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and to abide by the No Contact Order.

08/28/2013

August 28, 2013, Daniel Johnston plead guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and False Imprisonment. He was ordered to serve two days in jail and placed on two years probation. In addition, he was to participate in the 24 weeks of the Batterer’s Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation and to abide by the No Contact Order.
