On April 24, 2012, Derek Joseph Walte pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault and was found to have violated the terms of probation in criminal case number AGCR249143. Walte’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On April 24, 2012, Zachary Coe was found to have violated the terms of probation. Coe’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On April 24, 2012, Trevor Collin Daniels stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Daniels was found in contempt and ordered to serve 5 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On April 24, 2012, Christopher Nance pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Nance received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Nance was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete a substance abuse evaluation.

On April 24, 2012, Alan Lee Proteau pleaded guilty to Assault. Proteau received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Proteau was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation and complete any recommended treatment.

On April 24, 2012, Cornell Hasting Maricle stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Maricle was found in contempt and ordered to serve 85 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

04/25/2012

On April 25, 2012, Kriston Long stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order. Long was found in contempt and sentenced to 30 days in jail.
