Domestic Abuse Dispositions
03/05/2012

On March 5, 2012, Paula Lillian Green pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Green was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service. Green was required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

On March 5, 2012, Samuel Allison pleaded guilty to violating a No Contact Order. Allison was ordered to serve 14 days in jail.

03/06/2012

On March 6, 2012, Ryan Douglas Gruver pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Gruver was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On March 6, 2012, Mary Eileen Hartman pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Hartman was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Hartman was required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and continue with substance abuse treatment until successfully discharged.

On March 6, 2012, Enrique Sandoval pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Sandoval was ordered to serve 16 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Sandoval was fined $315.00 and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On March 6, 2012, Donald Lee Crawford, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Crawford was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

03/07/2012

On March 7, 2012, Andrew Michael Armstrong pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Armstrong was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On March 7, 2012, Jammie Lee Jorgensen pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and False Imprisonment. Jorgensen was ordered to serve 32 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Jorgensen was required to complete 50 hours of community service, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On March 7, 2012, Brandie Renee Butterfield pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Butterfield was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

03/08/2012

On March 8, 2012, Clayton Liston Spieker pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Harassment 1st Degree. Spieker was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, a psychological evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On March 8, 2012, Wilmar Israel Zapata pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Zapata was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Zapata was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and participate in any other programming assigned by Probation.

On March 8, 2012, Matthew Ray Dent was found to be in violation of the terms of probation. Dent’s probation was revoked and he was adjudged guilty of two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Trespass Causing Bodily Injury. Dent was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
