Domestic Abuse Dispositions
01/30/2012

On January 30, 2012, Jamie Brian Stricker pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Stricker was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On January 30, 2012, Joshua Sims was found to have willfully violated a No Contact Order on January 20, 2012. Sims was found in contempt and ordered to serve 9 days in jail.

On January 30, 2012, Elizabeth Deffenbaugh was found to have willfully violated a No Contact Order on January 20, 2012. Deffenbaugh was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail.

On January 30, 2012, Matthew Alexander Bernier was found to have willfully violated a No Contact order on January 15, 2012. Bernier was found in contempt and ordered to serve 14 days in jail.

On January 30, 2012, Sandra Ester Quilty pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Quilty was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Quilty was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Batterer's Education Program, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

01/31/2012

On January 31, 2012, Lynette Fadden pleaded guilty to Assault. Fadden received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Fadden was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On January 31, 2012, Mason Adam Kiefer pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Kiefer was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Kiefer was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On January 31, 2012, Danielle Gorla pleaded guilty to Assault. Gorla received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Gorla was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On January 31, 2012, Daelonn Darshan Thomas stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Thomas was found in contempt and ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

02/01/2012

On February 1, 2012, Ronald Beard, Jr. stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on January 16, 2012. Beard was found in contempt and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

On February 1, 2012, Dennis Ewing stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on January 23, 2012. Ewing was found in contempt and ordered to serve 9 days in jail.

On February 1, 2012, Michael Alan Hamm stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on January 21, 2012. Hamm was found in contempt and ordered to serve 11 days in jail.

On February 1, 2012, Byron Williams stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on January 3, 2012. Williams was found in contempt and ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On February 1, 2012, Christal Jean Williams stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Williams was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail.

02/02/2012

On February 2, 2012, Michael Joseph Scott pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Scott was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On February 2, 2012, Michelle Lynn Crees-Ellson pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Crees-Ellson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Crees-Ellson was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On February 2, 2012, Ryan Scott Moon pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Moon was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Moon was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by any other conditions set by Probation.

On February 2, 2012, Dustin Jay Vivone pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Vivone was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Vivone was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.
