On January 3, 2012, Ryan Michael Heath stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Heath was found in contempt and ordered to serve 52 days in jail and then participate in treatment at the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility until maximum benefits are achieved.

On January 3, 2012, Frederick Lyle Haskins pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Haskins was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

Lewis was fined $1250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
On January 3, 2012, Rodney Earl Allen pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Allen was ordered to serve 25 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Allen was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
