On January 3, 2012, Ryan Michael Heath stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Heath was found in contempt and ordered to serve 52 days in jail and then participate in treatment at the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility until maximum benefits are achieved.

On January 3, 2012, Bryant Kephart stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Kephart was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On January 3, 2012, Frederick Lyle Haskins pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Haskins was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On January 3, 2012, Raychelle Hayden pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Hayden was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Hayden was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On January 3, 2012, Luis Alonzo pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Alonzo received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Alonzo was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On January 3, 2012, Ryan Michael Heath pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Heath was ordered to serve 52 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Heath was required to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and participate in treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center.

On January 3, 2012, Timothy Matthew Nail pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Nail was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Nail was fined $625.00 and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On January 3, 2012, Antonio Lavelle Lewis pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Harassment 1st Degree. Lewis was ordered to serve 37 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Lewis was fined $1250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and submit to random drug and alcohol testing.

On January 3, 2012, Rodney Earl Allen pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Allen was ordered to serve 25 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Allen was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On January 4, 2012, Ronald Dille was found to have willfully violated a No Contact Order 11 times between December 6, 2011 and December 16, 2011. Dille was found in contempt and sentenced to 330 days in jail.

On January 4, 2012, Eric Isaiah McIntyre pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. McIntyre received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. McIntyre was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On January 4, 2012, Ryan Vandermark pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Vandermark was ordered to serve 16 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Vandermark was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and participate in a parenting program as assigned by the Department of Corrections.

On January 4, 2012, Robert Earl Kern stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Kern was ordered to serve 7 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On January 4, 2012, Ashley May Hoch stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Hoch’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and fined $65.00.

On January 4, 2012, Joeanna Kaye Billington stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Billington was found in contempt and ordered to serve 14 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On January 5, 2012, Moises Plaza pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Plaza was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Moises was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On January 5, 2012, Dwayne Donell Fraley was found to have violated the terms of probation. Fraley was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail.

On January 5, 2012, Nicholas Wintermote stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Wintermote’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

On January 5, 2012, Justin Tramaine Woods stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Woods was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail.
