Domestic Abuse Dispositions
04/09/2012

On April 9, 2012, Donald Leroy Steele stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on March 29, 2012. Steele was found in contempt and ordered to serve 11 days in jail.

On April 9, 2012, Katharine May Mickler was found to have violated the terms of probation. Mickler’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 4 years in prison.

On April 9, 2012, Nestor Casillas pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Casillas received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Casillas was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

04/10/2012

On April 10, 2012, Deante Martece Seandale Watson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Child Endangerment. Watson was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Watson was required to obtain a psychological evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete a parenting program through the Department of Corrections.

On April 10, 2012, Jeffrey Howard Schlegel pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Schlegel was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On April 10, 2012, Christopher Thornton pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Thornton was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Thornton was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On April 10, 2012, Alyssa Nicole Guinn stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Guinn’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.

On April 10, 2012, Travis John Hamilton Neff pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Neff was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Neff was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.

On April 10, 2012, Thomas James Stewart pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Stewart was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Stewart was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On April 10, 2012, Rebecca Phillips pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Phillips was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Phillips was required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and continue with Mosiac treatment until maximum benefits are achieved.

04/11/2012

On April 11, 2012, William Arthur Quinn, III stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Quinn’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On April 11, 2012, Justin Troy Brown pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Brown was ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Brown was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On April 11, 2012, Kriston Long pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Long was ordered to serve 6 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Long was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

04/12/2012

On April 12, 2012, Matthew Wayne Stephenson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Stephenson was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On April 12, 2012, Ron Alan Zurfluh pleaded guilty to Driving While License was Revoked. Zurfluh was sentenced to 1 year in prison and fined $1000.00.

On April 12, 2012, Michael Russell Buford pleaded guilty to Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent, Failure to Appear, and Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Buford was ordered to serve 70 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Buford was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

04/13/2012

On April 13, 2012, Jeffery Hill pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Hill was ordered to serve 5 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On April 13, 2012, Joshua Adam Ortega stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Ortega was found in contempt and ordered to serve 60 days in jail.
