On April 10, 2012, Deante Martece Seandale Watson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Child Endangerment. Watson was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Watson was required to obtain a psychological evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete a parenting program through the Department of Corrections.
On April 10, 2012, Jeffrey Howard Schlegel pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Schlegel was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.
On April 10, 2012, Christopher Thornton pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Thornton was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Thornton was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
On April 10, 2012, Alyssa Nicole Guinn stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Guinn’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.
On April 10, 2012, Travis John Hamilton Neff pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Neff was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Neff was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.
On April 10, 2012, Thomas James Stewart pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Stewart was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Stewart was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.
On April 10, 2012, Rebecca Phillips pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Phillips was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Phillips was required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and continue with Mosiac treatment until maximum benefits are achieved.
