On March 26, 2012, Jeffrey Henkes stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on March 10, 2012. Henkes was found in contempt and sentenced to 7 days in jail.

On March 26, 2012, Allan Scott pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Scott was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1year. Scott was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On November 21, 2011, Christopher Repplinger pleaded guilty to Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree and Failure to Appear. On March 27, 2012, Repplinger was sentenced to a total of 7 years in prison and fined $750.00. Repplinger was required to abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On March 27, 2012, Jason Merkley pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Merkley was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Merkley was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On March 27, 2012, Jennie Lee Ulery pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Ulery received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Ulery was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On March 27, 2012, Rachel Baker pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Baker was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Baker was required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

On March 28, 2012, Glennard Albert Gunn pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Gunn was ordered to serve 62 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1year. Gunn was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order and complete any other conditions set by Probation.

On March 29, 2012, Carl Lee Harvey pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Harvey was ordered to serve 21 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Harvey was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, obtain a G.E.D., and complete any other conditions set by Probation.

On March 29, 2012, Jesse James Strum pleaded guilty to Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Failure to Appear. Strum was ordered to serve 140 days in jail and fined $940.00.

On March 29, 2012, Alice Nicole Jacobs pleaded guilty to Assault. Jacobs received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Jacobs was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On March 29, 2012, Jeffrey David Hill pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Hill was sentenced to 5 years in prison and fined $750.00. Hill was required to abide by a 5 year No Contact Order and participate in the Batterer's Education Program.
