02/27/2012

On February 27, 2012, Marlo Lorenzo Cook pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Cook was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Cook was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On February 27, 2012, Darrell Johnson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Johnson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On February 27, 2012, David Benjamin Page pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree and stipulated to violating a No Contact Order on February 6, 2012. Page was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Page was fined $625.00 and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On February 27, 2012, David Benjamin Page pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Page was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Page was fined $625.00 and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

02/28/2012

On February 28, 2012, Allen Charles Bachman pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury and False Imprisonment. Bachman was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00. Bachman was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On February 7, 2012, James Ryan Mulstay pleaded guilty to 2 counts of Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. On February 28, 2012, Mulstay was sentenced to 5 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order. Mulstay was also found to have violated the terms of probation in criminal case number FE238396. Mulstay’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

On February 28, 2012, Francisco Zambrano-Vega pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Vega was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Vega was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No Contact Order, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On February 28, 2012, Benjamin Caleb Marty stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Marty’s deferred judgment was revoked and he was fined $750.00. Marty was ordered to continue with probation and obtain substance abuse treatment.

On February 28, 2012, Zachary Willer pleaded guilty to Assault and Public Intoxication. Willer was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $130.00. Willer was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain substance abuse treatment at MECCA and obtain a psychological evaluation.

02/29/2012

On February 29, 2012, Nathan Lance Walker pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Walker was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Walker was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On February 29, 2012, Narben Logan stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Logan was found in contempt and ordered to serve 16 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On February 29, 2012, Cardale Marqui Ballentine pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Assault on a Police Officer. Ballentine was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $630.00. Ballentine was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

03/01/2012

On March 1, 2012, David Garza pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Garza was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Garza was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On March 1, 2012, Michael Lashawn Brown pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Brown was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Brown was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On March 1, 2012, John Hunt pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Hunt received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Hunt was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

On March 1, 2012, Kevin Defell pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Defell was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Defell was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.
