Domestic Abuse Dispositions
08/15/2011

On August 15, 2011, Sean Tatman stipulated to violating the terms of probation by willfully violating a No Contact Order on August 2, 2011. Tatman’s Deferred Judgment was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.

On August 15, 2011, Jeffrey Allen Boucher stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Boucher was found in contempt and ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

08/16/2011

On August 16, 2011, Jamieson Rashad Harris stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Harris’ probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison. Harris was required to complete the Batterer's Education Program.

On August 16, 2011, Dwight Edward Evans pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Evans was ordered to serve 34 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Evans was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a psychological evaluation and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 16, 2011, Mark John Gearhart stipulated to 4 counts of willfully violating a No Contact Order. Gearhart was found in contempt and sentenced to 180 days in jail for each count. Gearhart also stipulated to violating the terms of probation in criminal case number OM70619. Gearhart’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 1 year in jail.

On August 16, 2011, Miles Carrington Brite pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Brite received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Brite was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 16, 2011, Emily Schiltz pleaded guilty to Assault. Schiltz received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Schiltz was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 2 year No-Contact Order.

On August 16, 2011, Travis Colton Williamson pleaded guilty to Assault. Williamson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Williamson was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and remain current on all prescribed medications.

08/17/2011

On August 17, 2011, Tyron Lee Vivian pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Vivian received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Vivian was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 17, 2011, Robert Martin Brooks pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Brooks was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Brooks was required to complete 100 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 17, 2011, David Thomas Kepler pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Kepler was ordered to serve 120 days in jail and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order. Kepler also stipulated to violating the terms of probation of criminal case number CR241523. Kepler’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On August 17, 2011, Blake Allen Michael Cross stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Cross’ Deferred Judgment was revoked and he was ordered to serve 16 days in jail and fined $65.00.

On August 17, 2011, Karol Colleen Mensink stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Mensink’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 52 days in jail.

On August 17, 2011, Nikolas Wintermote stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on August 9, 2011. Wintermote was found in contempt and ordered to serve 8 days in jail.

08/18/2011

On August 18, 2011, John Thomsen stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Thomsen’s probation and Deferred Judgment were revoked. Thomsen was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and fined $130.00.

On August 18, 2011, Stephanie Tims was found to have violated the terms of probation. Tims’ probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

08/19/2011

On August 19, 2011, Chad Alan West pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. West was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
