Polk County Community Grant Applications will NO longer be accepted by mail or delivery. Applications will only be accepted online. Grant applications will be accepted December 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013. Please go to http://www.polkcountyiowa.gov/supervisors/cbg/default.aspx, to gain access to the Polk County Community Grant Application.
